SERVICE PLANS

Two Different Programs Meet Everyone's Needs

1. The Monthly Lawn Program

This service plan provides (12) twelve monthly visits per year. Our custom dry and liquid fertilizer will be applied at the maximum annual rate permitted for optimum growth and color.

Pest control will be included for:

  • turf-damaging insects
  • diseases
  • controllable weeds

This program provides the best results and, in most cases, eliminates the need for any extra treatments. There are no extra charges for additional visits to control pests when requested. Our monthly program will keep high maintenance properties looking their best and can be purchased with or without shrub care. The monthly lawn program also includes our lawn repair guarantee.

2. The Bimonthly Lawn Program

This program provides (6) six visits every other month per year. Our custom dry and liquid fertilizer will be applied to meet the average turf requirements.

Pest control will be provided to control:

  • weeds
  • diseases
  • turf-damaging insects

This program provides good results however (because we are on the lawn every other month) may require the customer to contact us for extra visits needed from time to time. There are no extra charges for additional visits to control pests when requested. The bimonthly lawn program can be purchased with or without shrub service and comes with our lawn repair guarantee.
