We have lived in our home for nearly 18 years, we are the original owners. Dr. Jack’s has been our pest prevention/control provider the entire time. We’ve also had the same technician, Larry, the entire time. The service has been exceptional. Amazing team!! I had an unfortunate experience of rats in and around my home. The Dr. Jacks team was at my home in less than 24 hours putting my mind immediately at ease. The instructions, advice, and care that was given were beyond my expectations. They took the time to listen and honestly were truly caring throughout the process. Dr. Jack’s has been a great lawn care company over the past several years. They stepped in and resolved existing issues with my yard, and they’ve consistently maintained the level of quality ever since. Craig and the entire Dr. Jack's team have been working with me for several years. Very professional, they are always checking the property and giving me feedback. Sometimes it a broken sprinkler, or they will tell me if I'm watering too much or too little, or make suggestions on replacing plants that might do better in the desired locations. We've been very pleased with Dr. Jack's services so far with termites, exterior and interior pest control, and wildlife removal. They are professional, courteous, on time, humane, and give great value for money through honestly assessing prevention and treatment solutions without adding unnecessary services promoted by other companies. They captured video of a rat entering our attic through the roof, installed a one-way door, monitored to make sure the rat had left, and closed everything up, along with kindly offering to take care of a few other issues on the roof since they were already up there! I cannot recommend Dr. Jack’s enough! We tried absolutely everything to get rid of our roaches but Dr. Jack saved us! They went above and beyond to make sure every area was covered and did a very thorough job. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and had great tips and tricks to keep bugs away. Great service! All bugs that were in and around the home are gone. For example, there was a hard-to-reach area in front of the house where bees would nest. I’ve been using Dr. Jacks since I bought my home 21 years ago. I do not see any bugs and if I did they come right back out. John is wonderful- he’s like family and we trust him to come in with our garage code when we are not home. That said the 2-3 men prior were awesome as well. Their employees stay which says a lot about the company. We use the quarterly pest control always and also use the lawn service for weeds once or twice a year for maintenance. We also had fleas once and utilized that service as well. Zero complaints!!
