We have lived in our home for nearly 18 years, we are the original owners. Dr. Jack’s has been our pest prevention/control provider the entire time. We’ve also had the same technician, Larry, the entire time. The service has been exceptional. I think the fact we’ve only had to have extra service calls TWICE in nearly 18 years says something, especially in Florida!

We've been very pleased with Dr. Jack's services so far with termites, exterior and interior pest control, and wildlife removal. They are professional, courteous, on time, humane, and give great value for money through honestly assessing prevention and treatment solutions without adding unnecessary services promoted by other companies. They captured video of a rat entering our attic through the roof, installed a one-way door, monitored to make sure the rat had left, and closed everything up, along with kindly offering to take care of a few other issues on the roof since they were already up there! A big reason for that level of consistency and quality is Craig, my technician during these years. His attention to detail is like no other tech I’ve seen. His knowledge of the trade is also superior. I recall early on, when Craig went around the house with me, explaining this and that, how they’ll treat it, what things to look for, and more. Craig has stood by his promises and that’s why I’m a Dr. Jack’s customer. Not to mention, an added bonus is that Craig is a joy to talk to while on the job. I’ve been using Dr. Jacks since I bought my home 21 years ago. I do not see any bugs and if I did they come right back out. John is wonderful- he’s like family and we trust him to come in with our garage code when we are not home. That said the 2-3 men prior were awesome as well. Their employees stay which says a lot about the company. We use the quarterly pest control always and also use the lawn service for weeds once or twice a year for maintenance. We also had fleas once and utilized that service as well. Zero complaints!!
